Ernie Els Wines – Golfer Ernie Els started his quest to produce premium wines in 1999 with the inception of Ernie Els Wines. This followed in 2000 with an award winning Bordeaux – style blend comprising five varietals, namely Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc , Malbec and Petit Verdot, Ernies farm is situated in what is called the Golden Triangle with an enticing entrance behind large boulders and a glorius view of Cape Town, Table Mountain, the Stellenbosch Hills and the Simonsberg and Stellenbosch Berg.
