Surfing Lessons in Cape Town

These surfing lessons are conducted at a beach breaks with perfect waves for beginners and intermediates. Our instructors have many years of surfing experience and have helped hundreds of learners find their feet. We also include a lesson on ocean awareness.

For surfing lessons, you will be met at either Muizenberg or Blouberg beach by a surf instructor and given your wetsuit and board. You will then have a quick ocean awareness lesson on the beach before heading into the surf and where you’ll be taught how to paddle into a wave and stand up!
