Arrive at Table Mountain, one of the 7 wonders of Nature
Affectionately known as the flat top & table top mountain
Spend approximatley 1 hour here
Your guide will escort you for the full duration of the tour
See the oldest building in Cape Town - The Castle of Goodhope & the famous City Hall as well as Adderley Street - named after Sir
Drive pass the Slave Museum
See the Companies Gardens
A stop at Bo-Kaap / Malay quarter - learn about many stories of the slaves and the Dutch East India Company - See the colorful houses - there are many stories about why the colors!
Have a bite at the Clocktower area at one of the many restaurants
Remember to pack your passport copy to show at the Robben Island departure gates
A 30 minute boat ride to the island with a guided bus ride around the island
See the limestone quarries, Nelson Mandela's cell where he was incarcerated & an ex prisoner will share his emotional stories
Return to the Robben Island Gateway and your guide will deliver you back to your hotel or you may choose to stay at the Waterfront to savour dinner at one of the many fabulous restaurants.

If you are only in Cape Town for a short visit this is a good introductory tour. It gives you a quick overview of the city and gets you the city’s two “must see” locations - Table Mountain and Robben Island. What stood out for us was the operator’s (ML Sultann) extra effort to ensure we were able to see these two locations. Weather, and in particular the wind, is always a risk in the Cape Town area. While the tour was able to get us up to the top of Table Mountain before it was shut down due to wind, we were not so lucky with the boat out to Robben Island. We were only going to be in town for one more day and the tickets for Robben Island were already sold out. We sadly assumed that we would have to leave Cape Town without being able to get out to the Island. Too our surprise and delight ML Sultan finagled tickets for the next morning, picked us up at our hotel, went with us to the ticket booth to ensure the tickets were there and then walked us to the boat. This operator gets an “A+” for customer service and extra effort!

The tour was awesome. mrs. val even met us at the circle of waterfront just to meet us and stayed with us in line for the Robben island tour. She also gave us chocolates which were fantastic.
