We will be expecting you at our main office in the walled city. Please arrive at the exact time originally reserved by you.Our expert guides will greet you, provide the required helmets, and conduct onsite training, making sure you feel very comfortable with the Segway. After a few minutes, you will be ready to glide. The guide will gather the group, provide final instructions, and leave the office to start the tour.
We do not allow pregnant women on our tours, and clients should be in good physical condition, that allows them to stand for over an hour. Please bring flat, comfortable shoes, and be ready for a great time exploring Cartagena.
