Our guide ever showed up at the designated meeting point listed on the confirmation page. We also didn't have a contact name or phone number to reach out to. After waiting an hour in the rain, we decided to give it up. As we were waiting we noticed, two other free walking pass by- I would recommend dong those and saving your self the money and trouble.
