Day 1: Catania, Cyclops Coast & Taormina (or Etna & Taormina)

Stop At: A' Piscaria Mercato del Pesce, Via Mulino Santa Lucia, 95121 Catania, Sicily Italy
Meet your Guide after breakfast in your hotel and start the day visiting the Baroque center of Catania with the Piazza del Duomo and the symbol of the city, the black elephant. Don't miss the fish market, a rumbustious and fascinating place.

Stop At: I Faraglioni Di Acitrezza, Lungomare Di Acitrezza, Catania, Acitrezza, Aci Castello, Sicily Italy
Continue to the Riviera of Cyclops in Acitrezza, a stretch of coastline surrounded by myth and legend. It is said that blinded Polyphemus cast huge rocks towards the ship of Ulysses.

Stop At: Ancient Theatre of Taormina, Via Teatro Greco 1, 98039, Taormina, Sicily Italy
Finally arrive in Taormina, the pearl of the Ionian Sea. Together with your guide you'll visit this lovely town. Walk the streets of the old town and visit the famous ancient Greek theater which has inspired generations of travelers and artists.

Back to Catania in the afternoon.

Day 2: Agrigento - The Valley of Temples

Stop At: Valle dei Templi, Piazza Archeologica 1 Via Panoramica Dei Templi, 92100, Agrigento, Sicily Italy
Full day Tour - Pick up at the hotel by your Guide and start the day driving (2h) trough the pleasant hilly landscape covered with wheat fields, vineyards, almond and peach trees. Arrive at the celebrated Valley of the Temples, majestically positioned in the same area on rocky crests south of modern day city. When it was called Akragas, Pindaro considered it to be “the most beautiful among mortal cities”. the largest and best preserved temple ruins outside of mainland Greece. Tour this magnificent archaeological park that consists of several Greek temples, built between 430 and 510 B.C. During the guided tour through the archeological area, from the Temple of Juno, enjoy an excellent view of the entire Valley and the Temple of Concordia which is beautifully preserved. The oldest ruin is traditionally named the Temple of Hercules. After a lunch break drive back to Catania.

Day 3: Syracuse & Noto

Stop At: Parco Archeologico della Neapolis, Via Paradiso 14, 96100, Syracuse, Sicily Italy
Full Day Tour - Departure with your guide for SYRACUSE, the Greek capital of Sicily. The city lies in a splendid natural scenery enhanced by the light and beauty of its coast. The most ousted monument in the ancient city is the Theater. 138 meter in diameter and could house 15.000 spectators and more. This area (Neapolis) retains also the Latomie, which are vast caves used for Ancient Greek building. The biggest of the Latomie del Paradiso, also called “Ear of Dionysius”.

Stop At: Ortigia, Corso Umberto, 96100, Syracuse, Sicily Italy
ORTIGIA is the most illustrious ad fascinating district of Syracuse, and presents a coherent and harmonious medieval road network. Several buildings still retain the vestiges of a past which witnessed the presence of a large Jewish colony on Ortygia, whose well-preserved baths may still be admired. The most important centre in the district is the Cathedral Square, onto whose axis the most notable civil and religious buildings converge.

Stop At: Late Baroque Towns of the Val di Noto, Sicily Italy
Continue to the baroque town of NOTO, it represents for the colors of the stone and marble and architectural features a southern twist on this impressive scenic style. One of the most beautiful palaces is Nicolaci-Villadorata Palace, located on the most stimulating street of the city, which has the Church of Montevergine as its scenographic backdrop.

Back at your hotel in Catania.
