Along with her husband, she has prepared a refined menu of Sicilian recipes, using fresh produce and raw materials from the isalnd. Discover what to do with fish and vegetables bought from the local market. Use olive oil produced in Sicily.
Prepare a typical 4-course meal (appetizer, main course, 2nd course, and dessert) of dishes based on the seafood Sicilian tradition such as anchovies flan and shrimp marinated in lemon, pasta with shrimps , zucchini and pistachios, swordfish rolls with orange and, of course, Panna cotta of the Etna region, all combined with local wine Red and Passito di Pantelleria.
