3-Day Advanced Freediving Course in Cebu

Find a deeper you! As the name suggests, advanced freediving is about freefalling. With great beginnings from the Freediver course, the next step is to perfect your Frenzel technique, the primary form of equalization which we, as freedivers want to use and freefall your way to spectacular depths in style and with ease. We have the key to teaching expert Frenzel Equalization and know the skill of combining this with amazing static apnea training resulting in relaxed, unforgettable freefall experiences. During your WSF Advanced freediving course you will experience 2 pool sessions and a minimum of 4 open water freediving sessions, freediving to a maximum depth of 98 feet (30 metres).

3 Days Program: 9am – 4:30pm
Day 1 morning: Empty lungs and full lungs stretching session / Dynamic session
Day 1 afternoon: Open water session
Day 2 morning: Stretching session / Open water session
Day 2 afternoon: Static session
Day 3 morning: stretching session / Open water session
Day 3 afternoon: Open water session
Feel free to stay one more day to have a longer and more relax experience, we will accommodate the schedule without additional cost.
