We will send you a pick-up guide from 6 pm to 8 pm the day before the tour day.
The day before the tour, guide will inform you via Messenger (Whatsapp) about the exact time and place of the pickup.
If you have not been informed by Whatsapp until 18:00 on the day before, please contact the emergency number.
If there is a safety problem due to the weather conditions the day before or the day may be canceled, in which case a 100% full refund will be processed.
