Half-Day Discovery Freediving in Moalboal

Meet your professional diving instructor at 8:45am and he/she will provide a short safety briefing of the course. Then, you will get change, and dip into the swimming pool for a 30 minutes training. This is also a great short course for those getting in to spearfishing, water polo, synchronized swimming, surfing and more, as it covers much of what you need to know to get to grips with Apnea.
During Static Apnea session, you might go through a training and try to hold your breath for as long as possible with your respiratory tracts immersed, your body either in the water or at the surface. Static Apnea is the only discipline measuring the duration, and one of the three disciplines considered for the international competitions by team, with Constant weight and Dynamic with fins.
