This is a typical itinerary for this product
The activity will be held in Tongo Basdiot Moalboal, an exclusive cove with a crystal clear water and picturesque view of mountains. The cooking class includes 3 main courses which are chicken, shrimps, and fish. Native garden salad, pandan steamed rice and seasonal fruits for dessert. If a guest is 5 persons or more, the main course will be 4 kinds. It’s a choice of chicken, pork and seafood. Before we start cooking, guest will experience how to cut there own bamboo for cooking. Next is the preparation of spices and herbs for the dish, guest will slice the ingredients and then set all spices and meat to the bamboo shell. While we are waiting for the food to be cooked in charcoal. The guest has a chance to learn how to make there own bamboo utensils or swim and snorkel in the beach. When the food is cooked, the guest will enjoy tasting each dish they prepared. Bon Appetite!
