About this activity
After meeting your foodie guide at HoM restaurant in Charleston, begin your walking tour to three or four local restaurants, where you'll sample dishes at each, and then a final stop for dessert.

Each visit lasts 20 to 30 minutes, and you'll be seated so you can rest your legs. For most people, the amount of food served is enough for a meal. As you enjoy walking through this historical section of the city, listen to stories about Charleston's culture and cuisine from your guide, who points out landmarks along your route. This wonderful experience ends within walking distance of your starting point.

Note: Please advise any allergies in the Special Requirements section during check out. You'll have the opportunity to use the restroom during restaurant stops.

Come hungry because you will leave full. We visited 3 restaurants and a gourmet ice cream shop on Upper King Street. Each stop had delicious food - about 3-4 distinct offerings at each stop. Our guide, Charlie sp, was energetic and very knowledgeable about the history of the food as well as sites on the way to each restaurant. Food varied from hamburgers, to French cuisine, to BBQ. very yummy! It costs extra for beer or wine but well worth it.
