Starting at the Alley Light - Tasting of Bone Marrow with braised escargot, parsley breadcrumb, greens. Paired with dry Sherry. Next heading to South Street Brewery - Tasting fo Wisconsin White Cheddar Cheese Curds: Light breaded and beer battered, served with spicy sriracha ranch dipping sauce. Plus 3 beer tastings. Moving on to Bebedero – Nachos Black Beans, house picked hot pepper, with a cheese sauce. Next heading to Commonwealth for a tasting and pairing of wine or beer. Finishing with Tilman's of cheese and wine. All tasting and drinks are included in one price! How can you beat that? Do you love food?
