Day1: Chengdu

Picked up by your guide and driver early in the morning from your hotel, you will be transferred to get to Chengdu Research Base of Giant Pandas where pandas are already waiting for you. See how the adorable furry balls roll, play, eat, climb in the yards and gardens. Explore with your guide in the infant panda areaand visit panda delivery room. Learn about the daily life and habits of China’s treasured mammals at the Base. Time does fly yet next spot your tour takes you to will slow it down by walking through the traditional beautiful lanes of Jinli, joining the locals to enjoy the food, bars as well as exquisite crafts there. Visit Wangjiang Pavilion Park, where you can leisurely stroll among the rare bamboo groves and relax yourself with a cup of tea for a real taste of Chengdu-style leisure life.

Day2: Chengdu-Leshan Giant Buddha-Chengdu and departure

Leave the bustle and hustle of the city behind, and drive to the incredibly built project done by ancient Chinese-- Leshan Giant Buddha. After a boat cruise takes you down to the Buddha’s feet, you will then understand no wonder why this site is listed on UNESCO World Heritages. Get to the Buddha’s head to better see all the details of this huge statue and you will find the twisted buns on his head are not built as people normally think of. They are made individually and then inlayed into the head. Only this one part will help you understand why building it took people 90 years to finish.

Your tour concludes with a 1.5hrs drive back to Chengdu. Drive to the airport/train station and see off. (B)
