- A valid photo ID is mandatory for all those looking to gain entry to the park.
- Appropriate attire such as warm jackets and boots must be worn at all times inside the park.
- Costume gears provided are of a limited size and are subject to availability.
- Outside food and beverage is not allowed in Snow Kingdom
- It is compulsory to wear the snow costume gear provided in the park. No extra charges for mobiles/cameras that are to be deposited at the Mobile Counter.
- Wheelchair facility is available for a charge of INR 100.
- Child: 2.9 - 4.1 ft, Adult: above 4.1 ft. Entry for children below the height of 2'9 ft will have to pay INR 150 as entry fee. Every children and differently abled must be accompanied by parents / guardians at all times.
- Snow area is cold & slippery and high caution must be maintained at all times. Snow area has rides, games which might be risky for some. Extreme caution to be maintained while availing the rides.
- Sterilized snow gear, boots and jackets are included in your ticket price. You need to return them before leaving the park.You have to purchase socks, if required, from the counter which are limited in quantity and size.
- The park is equipped with a limited baggage counter, which guests can avail subject to availability.
- First aid kit available at the premises for minor injuries. Patients will be assisted to the nearest hospital in case of major accidents at additional charges.
- Park Timings Weekdays and Weekends: 10 A.M. to 7 P.M.
- You can click pictures inside the park but with a payment of INR 150 for every camera/mobile phone, used within the periphery of the park.
- An Axis bank ATM is available on the premises.
- Separate changing rooms are available for both men and women.
- Please find your way to the redemption counter at the park and present the redemption voucher/code provided. At the counter you will then receive physical tickets that will give you access to the park.
