Start your evening venture under a blanket of stars, heading out with your small group into Chiang Mai’s culinary heart after hotel pickup. You'll stop first at a collection of food stalls frequented by hungry locals after the sun sets. Your guide helps you sample some of the favorites here, such as Thai curry fish cake, sticky rice with pork, and crispy fried egg rolls.
After getting your fill, follow your guide into a sleepier residential area and pick up a refreshing fruit shake along the way. Wander further on until arriving at Wat Chedi Luang, a 15th-century stupa, or Buddhist shrine, that looks most mysterious in the moonlight. Sample Thai noodles here before heading on to another of Chiang Mai’s best-known food streets, this time for a taste of pork skewers, pork leg with rice, and coconut dessert.
Afterward, hop aboard a local truck and zip off to a hidden bar that’s well-known with local night owls. Wrap up your culinary journey with a refreshing drink (own expense) and a chat with your guide before hotel drop-off.

My guide Amy was fun and very informative. I felt I got a lot more culture and history than I expected, as well as trying some new foods. I was the only one on the tour and it would have been a lot more fun with others, but that’s not really something the tour had control over.

The group was indeed small as ther were only four in the tour. The varied foods that we could sample was enough to satisfy the pallete and was enough to be filling. Our guide Gigi was most pleasant and accomodating to our needs to try quite a lot of dishes,

Enjoyed some delicious dishes. Visited lit up Temple and night market, completed the tour with a delicious lychee cocktail. Yui was a delightful guide. Would definitely recommend

Amy was an amazing tour guide and a wonderful person! She showed up early to our hotel and patiently waited for us when we weren't quite ready. She let us try any of the food items we wanted at the market including durian and insects! and gave us an idea of what to look out for when trying street food. We had the opportunity to try durian, insects, pork buns, pork skewers, kao soy, northern thai sausage and more! Throughout the tour she also showed us a few of the temples in the area and allowed us to take tons of pictures while she waited. At the end she also brought us for a complimentary alcoholic beverage at a hidden little bar and gave us the option to stay out for longer if we wanted! Overall it was a fantastic experience and it was great to get to talk to someone as sweet as Amy!
