Private Half-Day Thai Traditional Dance and Music Class in Chiang Mai Downtown

Itinerary

Following a pickup from your hotel in Chiang Mai to our workshop studio, you’ll be greeted with a welcome drink and light refreshments to begin your 3-hour Thai traditional dance and music experience.

We will start by changing clothes into Thai traditional costume. Then you will be introduced to how to learn Thai dance in traditional ways and how to express feelings through dance postures. Along the session, you will get to learn 2 dance: basic Thai folk dance called "Ram Wong" and basic northern Thai traditional fingernail dance called "Fon Leb".

Next will be the Thai traditional music class, you will be introduced to various Thai music instruments. After that, you will learn local Thai songs with instruments of your choice.

At the end of the workshop, you will receive a drop-off back at your hotel to conclude your 3-hour experience. We will email you your pictures and video clips taken during our class as memorable souvenirs.
