Day 1: Check in at Villaggio Nongprateep : Bed & Breakfast.
Chef Air plan to socialize with clients and he will inform about the plan of Thai cooking class on the next day.
(Welcome drink, tea and coffee includes).

Day 2: 07:00-08:30 am. Breakfast
09:00 am-01:30 pm Depart for Siriwattana Market - learn and see Thai culture, herbs, vegetable etc.
09:45 am. Depart for Air’s Thai Culinary Kitchen (about 15 min. drive)
10:00 am. Class begins:
- introduce herb and spice
- coffee break
- introduce ingredients / recipe for the course
- demonstration
- hands-on
12:00 pm.- 01:30 Lunch and End of the Class
