Soap Making the Old Fashioned Way (private Lesson)

Itinerary

We will make soap the old-fashioned way. That means we will use oils and sodium hydroxide and scents and herbs. I will be in charge of the sodium hydroxide, as it is caustic. You will be in charge of measuring and weighing and selecting which scents and herbs you would like to add to your soap. I have a variety of things to choose from to add to your batch and have scents like lavender, peppermint, pine and floral scents.

Each person will take home a batch of soap the size of a small loaf pan, which can be cut into about 8 bars.
