As you follow your guide through the streets of Chicago on a personal Segway, you’ll travel down secluded alleys, visit hotel lobbies, and glide along the Chicago river. During your two-hour tour, listen to your guide’s detailed account of the city's haunted past, from Chicago’s infamous gangster murders to disasters that forever changed the city.
Feel goose bumps on your skin as you stand in the alley where more than 600 Chicagoans perished in 1903. Listen for the faint sound of an unmanned piano playing in the ballroom of the Michigan Avenue Hotel. The tour itself was fine! Viator screwed up the reservation, however, and the place was closed when we got there. Fortunately, there was a number and we had ALL the paperwork to validate our reservation so we called the number and the people came back, at 9 p.m., opened it up and gave us our paid-for tour. They were lovely but I can't say too much for Viator!
I was the coolest thing we did while in Chicago!! Let us explore and learn more about the city with a spooky twist. Once you practice riding the Segways at the beginning with the instructor, it becomes very easy to ride them. Great tour!!

The tour was great! Interesting and fun for adults and kids. Not much of a haunted tour, but great history of Chicago.
We were stuck in traffic and in danger of being late to the tour but the guides and staff were super nice and promised to make sure we were not disappointed. We did manage to arrive in the nick of time so no accomodation was needed after all. The segway tour was so much fun we are already looking forward to the next one.
