It started with the shuttle tour of the botanic Gardens being canceled due to a family emergency. It continued when I was told to confirm my reservation for the wrong attraction which resulted in my having to take a later punt on the river Avon than expected. Then thanks to inclement weather (No fault of viator), The gondola ride was a bust with no visibility. The only redeeming feature was the tram tour around Christchurch which was very entertaining and informative and covered all of the important areas of the city. Under normal circumstances, this would’ve been a worthwhile experience.

The company screwed up our tour. We were not met, were very confused and finally had to pay a city bus to take us into Christ Church and pay for that also. The only time we had left was to see the Botannical Gardens which were lovely. All our other sites were eliminated due to time constraints to get back to our ship. We also had to pay our return. We were very disappointed after paying in full with this tour.

The trip was awesome. It's my first time riding a tramp and my friend and I really enjoy the sightseeing. The tramp driver and conductor were very friendly and they help us a lot. Love them very much. For new visitors, here what you should do when you book the sightseeing pass...take tramp from any station we took from Rollestone Ave. - station No. 12 and go to the first station. There, you need to collect all the ticket and passes Tramp, Gondola shuttle bus ticket, Avon River Punting and Caterpillar ride -botanical Garden from the counter ask the conductor, if you can't find it. If you are already near to one of the place we were at Botanical garden, they don't hesitate to let you ride without the pass, the Caterpillar driver will only ask for printed version of the pass she is a lovely lady, thank you for the wonderful chat and info. We missed the River punting since it was raining heavily and we didn't have transport to go there after we came back to Christchurch from Dunedin. So plan it carefully if your are going to go to all the activities since you can discuss the time with front desk every activity end at 5pm including the tramp. But all and all, I recommended this pass and we really enjoy the our stay at Christchurch.

absolutely no problem for any of these vendors to give us our vouchers for all four. It is highly recommended to do all these in this deal/package.

This is a must for Christchurch visitors. It gives the present condition of the city and reflects the 'can do attitude and optimism that will lead to a beautiful city. It allows visitors to get on and off at tourist attractions, and drivers and conductors are friendly, informative and go out of their way to show tourists what is going on.
