Join in on the fun and eclectic tour of Cincinnati’s hippest neighborhood, Over-the-Rhine. Your food tour will begin with a taste of a local diner’s signature waffles, along with your choice of a cappuccino, latte, or tea. Next up, take a stroll to view a multitude of colorful murals created by the award-winning non-profit organization ArtWorks, which employs and trains local youth and talent to create art and community impact through various avenues, including an extensive mural program.

Stop At: Taste of Belgium - Over The Rhine

We’ll do introductions and share history and highlights of Cincinnati while having a waffle and coffee or tea.

Stop At: Washington Park, Cincinnati, Ohio

Here you’ll also get a glimpse into the past as this area is home to the nation’s largest collection of 19th-century Italianate architecture. Along the way, you’ll hear about the amazing revitalization of the area as you’re led through Washington Park — one of the city’s most beautiful urban parks, filled with gardens and featuring a National Historic Landmark.

We’ll share the amazing history of Cincinnati Music Hall, a National Historic Landmark.

Stop At: Rookwood Pottery Company, Cincinnati, Ohio

Having gained an appreciation for this intriguing neighborhood, it’s time to refuel. You’ll get to taste the flavors at a favorite local hang-out and munch on a delicious artisan flatbread while sipping your choice of craft beer, glass of wine, or soft drink. Finally, hop on the sleek and modern streetcar for a short ride to our final destination, Rookwood Pottery, where you’ll learn about the history of this award-winning company that dates back to the late 1800s and observe the craftsmen at work.Your tour will end here, but don’t worry: Your streetcar ticket is good for the remainder of the day so you’re free to explore more of the city at your leisure.
