Hiking Trail Menorca Transfers Stage 10 Ciutadella to Cap Artrutx

At your own pace, this path begins on the north bank of the port of Ciutadella and continues south through the city.The path goes along the coast without leaving the asphalt for 4 km until reaching Cala Blanca where the stretch that runs in a totally natural environment begins. It is a completely flat stretch with interesting types of vegetation, among which stand out the endemic bushes called socarrells, which are thorny plants, extremely adapted to conditions of strong winds and high salinity. At the bottom of the Cala Blanca beach are the remains of a naveta built during the pre-Talayotic period. The section ends in Cap d’Artrutx, where you can see the lighthouse built in 1858, that since 2005 is inscribed in the insular catalog of Menorca’s historical heritage.

Our bus will depart at 5.00 pm from parking in Cap d'Artrutx to return back to Ciutadella, one way transfer.
