Pass By: Paddywagon Day Tours, Bridge St Tourist Offce, Cork Ireland

We will collect you in style from your Cruise Ship. When you leave the Ship, turn to the right, and your guide will be waiting for you near the pedestrian exit gate. We collect passengers from the cruise ship at 07:30 for departure @ 08:00. Where your ship docks later than 07:30 the tour will begin 30 minutes after disembarkation commences. We like to get ahead of the crowd and avoid the queues in Blarney!

Pass By: The English Market, 41 Princes Street, Cork T12 RW26 Ireland

We depart Blarney and take a panoramic drive through Cork City. We view the highlights of this fine City such as the River Lee, St Finbarre's Cathedral, Shandon Bells, English Market and Grand Parade. Cork was recently considered by the Lonely Planet one of the 10 must see cities in the world. Some of its famous sons include Henry Ford, Michael Collins and of course world famous footballer Roy Keane.

Stop At: Blarney Stone, Ireland

Our first stop of the day is Blarney. Visit the most famous Castle in all of Ireland!! Lie back and kiss the magical Blarney Stone and get the gift of the gab! Your admission is included saving you 15 euro. WE ARE HAPPY TO INCLUDE ADMISSION TO BLARNEY CASTLE: others will make you join a queue and pay at the gate! You will also have time to visit the world famous Blarney Woolen Mills. Famed as the largest Irish Store in the world, many take advantage of its tax free shopping offers on quality Irish products.

Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Stop At: Charles Fort, Summercove, Kinsale Ireland

We drive through the beautiful Cork Countryside to the charming town of Kinsale! Enjoy typical views of the rolling fields of West Cork and also a stop overlooking picturesque Kinsale Harbor and its 2 forts - Charles Fort and James Fort. It was just off the Old Head of Kinsale that in 1915 the Lusitania sank with grave loss of life.

Duration: 20 minutes

Pass By: Cobh Cathedral, Cathedral Terrace, Cobh None Ireland

If time allows, we can explore Cobh Cathedral.

Stop At: Kinsale Tourist Information Office, Pier Rd, Sleveen, Kinsale, Co. Cork, Ireland

Our next stop is the historical town of Kinsale for, a town famed for the battle of Kinsale in 1601. Today it is Ireland's gourmet capital with winding streets, great pubs and fine restaurants. On our standard 8h tours we stop in Kinsale for lunch, however depending on the departure time of the ship this must be at the drivers discretion (NO EXCEPTION). The town is beautifully situated at the mouth of the harbor and is exceptionally colorful with picture post card buildings and many country Irish folk with strange and distinguished accents

We booked Paddy Wagon independent of our ship offering. Bus was easy to find, driver/guide was super informative and entertaining. Really recommend this group. (We used it in Dublin too and were just as satisfied.)

Loved Gabriel our driver, lots of stories about the history of Ireland and he has a wonderful singing voice as he graced us with 2 beautiful ballads. The castle was great and the stop for lunch in Kinsale was a nice treat

Gabriel, our tour guide/bus driver was fantastic. He sang, told stories, and provided excellent information. He took us to Blarney Castle first so we didn't have to wait in line. We went up the stairs in the castle without waiting. The drive and information provided through Cobh and Cork was interesting and Gabriel provided a lot of information. Unfortunately, because of a change in the cruise line schedule we unable to go to Kinsale.

Blarney castle and gardens were interesting, beautiful and rich with history. Our tour guide Gabriel was the best tour guide that we have ever had. He was passionate about his roots and history, he was funny and engaging. He even sang us some Gaelic songs about the Irish history. It was fabulous!

We had a truly enjoyable trip to Blarney Castle. What we loved was the fact that we got there early, before the lines formed, so we were able to kiss the Blarney Stone and still have plenty of time to tour the castle grounds, which are the best part of the visit. Later tours were trapped in long lines to kiss the stone and they would have had little time to see the beautiful gardens and grounds.

would highly recommend Paddywagon Tours. Everything was perfect from the time he picked us up at the port to all the stops and his commentary. Even the weather was good!

Great guide/ driver John- entertaining - and informative. Blarney Castle was very interesting - especially the Poison Garden... Kinsdale was a dissapointment - would have preferred to spend more time in Blarney than wandering around Kinsdale.

This was A very lovely tour. It was very easy to locate the tour company at the port gate after disembarking from Crown Princess. They have big signs and people waiting for us. Gabriel a very talented driver/guide. He was also very accommodating and very nice. He sang some Irish songs for us to entertain us. The Blarney castle was huge but we got there before there was a long line to kiss the Blarney Stone. Kinsale was a very nice town. I would like to go back. I would definitely recommend this tour.

First off we had great weather with mostly clear blue skies. This made our photos and our trip really worth it. The problem is time to see the castle, kiss the Blarney stone, and see the amazing gardens.

Great trip and great driver couldn’t ask for more for the money. Would use Paddywagon again! Got us to Blarney Castle before the cruise ships so I did get to kiss the Blarney Stone in less then a hour wait.

Our driver and tour person was Lee. He was great. Very informative and gave us a lot of history of Ireland that was easy to understand. My friend and I truly enjoyed him. The best tour guide we had on our trip!

We arrived in Cork August 20, 2018 on a cruise ship. As soon as we got off the ship we found our guide waiting with a sign immediately. Great service. As soon as we got everyone we were off. Before I get into the specifics of the places we visited, I wanted to say how much we enjoyed our tour guide. He sang us songs, told great jokes and was also very informative! He was by far the most entertaining guide of our entire 15-day vacation! The first stop of this tour was Kinsale. This is a small little town that had great shops and a very pretty harbor. We walked around and took in the lovely sights and had a nice lunch and had roughly an hour to enjoy everything. Next, we went to Blarney Castle. The castle was very cool but make sure you have enough time if you want to kiss the stone at the top. It took us over an hour and we barely had enough time to do that because we looked at everything else first before going to the castle. I would say that our favorite part of the Castle tour was actually the grounds all around it. The gardens were beautiful, we found a very neat little waterfall in the woods and the lake views were immaculate for a nice photo stop. We saw lots of sheep, horses and birds. Truly a beautiful area. Don't miss exploring everything else here because it's absolutely worth it. On the way back to our cruise ship our guide sang us some more songs and was just overall amazing. We arrived back on time and the entire Paddywagon Day Tour experience was an A!

We booked this excursion before our cruise and in lieu of excursions offered by the cruise line. We've used Viator for cruise excursions and other tours in the past and have been very happy with them. This one was no exception. Gabriel, our tour guide, made the trip very fun. He was knowledgeable about Irish history and the sites we were going to see. His bubbly and outgoing personality made the trip lots of fun. He even sang a couple of Irish songs for us! He allowed plenty of time in each location while still keeping us on schedule. I would highly recommend Viator and Gabriel to anyone looking for an excursion to Cork, Ireland.

The tour covered too much area and we didn't have enough time to really explore the sights. My own fault, I should have realized that, but I didn't know just how far apart everything was, and how long it took to get there and back. The time spent at each location should be reflected on the tour description.

We really enjoyed PaddyWagon Tours.....the driver/guide was exceptional and he actually sang many Irish songs along the tour. Blarney Castle had a long line to kiss the stone but we waited in line for 2 hours to reach the top and kiss the stone. It didn't allow us any time to visit the gardens, etc. Eating at Kitty O'Shea's in Kinsale was so much fun and delicious! Great tour!!

Absolutely endorse using Paddywagon Tours. Good bus and fabulous tour guide (Gabriel). Wonderful, fun day. Lots of super information in a great, humorous manner. Will definitely use Paddywagon again next trip to Ireland. Our experience much better than groups using Princess ship tours or other local agencies. Gabriel was actually both driver and guide AND was best we’ve encountered anywhere.
