Tour of the Royal Château de Cognac with tasting

An architectural masterpiece inspired by the Gothic and Renaissance styles, the Royal Château de Cognac open its doors to allow visitors to discover its history and some of the secrets of how the Cognacs are made.

The tour begins in the historic part of the Château where visitors explore sumptuous rooms such as the State Room, where King François I's once received guests. This room is characterized by Renaissance architecture, very different to other parts of the Château which date back to the Middle Ages.

The tour then moves on to the Château cellars, which offer exceptional ageing conditions for our Cognac. Here, visitors are given a detailed explanation of how BARON OTARD Cognacs are made. The tour ends with a guided tasting* of BARON OTARD VS and VSOP.
