Chapel of the Apparitions:

The pedestal, where the Image of Our Lady is located, marks the exact place where the small holm oak (disappeared due to the devotion of the first pilgrims who took it, a sprig of the sprig), a foot high, on which Our Senhora appeared to the shepherds on May 13, June, July, September and October of 1917. The construction of the Chapel was the answer to the request of Our Lady "I want you to make a chapel here in my honor".

Built on the site of the apparitions in 1919, from April 28 to June 15. The first Mass was celebrated there on October 13, 1921. Having been dynamited on March 6, 1922, it was rebuilt later that year.

In 1982 a large porch was built, and it was inaugurated during the visit of Pope John Paul II on May 12 of that year. In 1988, Marian Year, it was lined with pine wood, from Russia, northern Siberia. This wood was chosen for its durability and lightness. The original chapel, although subject to slight repairs over the years, retains the features of a popular hermitage.

Basilica of Our Lady of Fatima:

In 1928 the first stone of the Basilica of Fatima - designed by the Dutch architect G. Van Kriecken - was launched, which would have 15 altars dedicated to the many mysteries of the Rosary.

Sacred in 1953, the neo-baroque temple features a 65-meter bell tower, whose carillon has 62 bells. Also in the exterior we can find the image of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, while in the interior stands the main altar with a picture representative of the Message of Our Lady to the Shepherds. Also noteworthy for the Italian manufacturing body, dated 1952, built by 152 records and about 12,000 tubes. In the main chapel are buried the already deceased seers, Francisco, Jacinta Marto and Lucia.

Holy Trinity Church:

Located in the Sanctuary of Fatima, at the opposite end of the Basilica of Fatima, the Church of the Holy Trinity was inaugurated in 2007, but its construction was planned since 1973. In fact, already there was a need to build a new temple, since the Basilica was not sufficient to accommodate the great number of pilgrims who, on days of average attendance, intended to attend the liturgical celebrations in the Shrine.

The church is a modern building of circular shape and white color, the color of the stone that covers it, coming from this region and known as white of the sea. With 125 meters in diameter and without any intermediate supports, the imposing building has a volume of 130,000 m3 and capacity for 8,633 seats, and the interior can be divided into two sectors through a movable wall. To think of all there are also 76 places for people with motor difficulties.

The Greek architect Alexandros Tomazis signed this project which has interventions of several renowned names, such as the main door in bronze with 8 meters of height dedicated to Christ and created by Pedro Calapez, the tiles of the Galilee of the Apostles by Siza Vieira or the Cruz Alta of the German Robert Schad, in bronze with 34 meters of height, located outside the building.
