Our guide Oscar is extremely nice and knowledgable about the history. He is an alunmi of Coimbra Uni, and literally knows everyone in the college. It is a pretty long walk and some hikes but all worth it. I had a really good time.
Maria was a wonderful guide but she did not know the difference between premium and premium plus. There was no water or snack as advertised. The tour lasted about 2 hours we expected 3. None of the issues should be put on Maria. She did a great job she had no idea what the tour called for. We are disappointed in viator not our guide.
