DAY 01 : COLOMBO - PINNAWALA OPEN ZOO - KANDY - NUWARA ELIYA
Meet & Pickup From Colombo City Center Hotels and Visit to Pinnawala Open Zoo -The Pinnawala Zoo opened its doors to the public on the 17th of April 2015 under the patronage of Hon.Minister of tourism and sports.Keeping up with the modern concept of a zoo which is more of an educational and conservation based visitor center, which provides an opportunity to see the animals close to its natural state, the Pinnawala Zoo was designed with a unique taste of architecture and complete with immerse exhibits. The locality was chosen with the close proximity to the renowned Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage with access to natural water resources such as the Ma Oya.
After Pinnawala Zoo & Proceed to Kandy to Visit temple of the tooth relic- It is located in the royal palace complex of the former Kingdom of Kandy, which houses the relic of the tooth of the Buddha. Lunch at recommended Restaurant ( Own Expense) later Start the Journey to Nuwara Eliya.
Over Night stay at Nuwara eliyaDAY 02 : COLOMBO - NUWARA ELIYA -HORTAIN PLAINS - NANUOYA- ELLA
Morning 0530 Hrs will process to Horton Plains National Park-Horton Plains is a beautiful, stark world with excellent hikes in the shadows of Sri Lanka’s second- and third-highest mountains, Kirigalpotta (2395m) and Totapola (2357m). The ‘plains’ form an undulating plateau over 2000m high, covered by wild grasslands and interspersed with patches of thick forest, rocky outcrops, filigree waterfalls and misty lakes. The surprising diversity of the landscape is matched by the wide variety of wildlife, although many of the larger animals are very elusive. Birdwatchers will be well rewarded. 1030 Hrs you will back to hotel refresh and checkout from hotel and transfer to Nanoya Railway Station. 1300 Hrs( Subject to whether Condition) Start Railway journey to Ella .Once Reach Ella Your Driver will Transfer to hotel in Ella Checkin To Hotel Overnight Stay In Ella
DAY 03 : ELLA EXCURSIONS- COLOMBO Mini Adam's Peak. you will get to the entrance in about 15 min walk from Ella town. If you are starting from Ella town, go towards the Passara Road and you will reach the entrance at 3rd mile post just after the Flower Garden Resort to your right with a sharp bend.. Little Adams Peak.It is 1141 m in height and from the entrance it takes up to 30-45 min for the hike. Views from the summit are incredible. 360 degrees panoramic views with clouds rolling in, is a treat to watch for any traveler..Difficulty level of the hike is moderate, but make sure you be safe at the summit when trying out poses for the camera while sitting on rocks. Aprox 0900 Hrs Back to Ella Town and enjoy your Breakfast & Explore The Ella ( Ravana Falls , Ravana Caves )After Lunch Proceed To Colombo With Memories
