Day 1: Negombo - Kandy
Stop At: Temple of the Tooth, Sri Dalada Maligawa, Sri Dalada Veediya, Kandy 20000 Sri Lanka
Temple of the Tooth Relic, which is also known as Sri Dalada Maligawa, attracts multitudes of Buddhist devotees from all over the world. Since ancient times, the relic has played an important role in local politics because it is believed that whoever holds the relic holds the governance of the country. Kandy was the last capital of the Sri Lankan kings and is a World Heritage Site mainly due to the temple.

Stop At: Royal Botanical Gardens, Peradeniya Road, Peradeniya 20400 Sri Lanka
Peradeniya Botanical Gardens which is home to thousands of species of flora, remains one of the foremost attractions in Kandy. There are more than 4000 species of tree and plants including herbal plants, orchids, palm trees in the Botanical garden. Today Peradeniya botanical garden is well known around the world for its large collection of orchid species. Peradeniya botanical garden spreads over 146 hectares or 59 acres and shares its border with Mahaweli river in three directions. One can feel the Mediterranean climate within the botanical garden.

Kandyan Cultural Centre is a stimulating Sri Lankan Arts, Dance & Cultural Heritage Show that is a must see for any visitor who visits the historic city of Kandy. Kandyan Cultural Centre started in 1882 with the view of having a cultural dance performance bringing together all Sri Lankan dance types to one platform. It is the first Cultural Dance Show of its kind to be established in Sri Lanka. It has since become a tourist attraction for many people visiting the country and keen on a glimpse of its rich cultural heritage. Hence it has been performing continuously for the last years.

Day 2: Kandy - Nuwara Eliya
Stop At: Ramboda Waterfall, Pussellawa Sri Lanka
Ramboda Falls is one of the many beautiful waterfalls waiting to be discovered in Sri Lanka's scenic Hill Country. The 111-metre high double fall is born of the many convergent brooks in the area that flow into the Puna Oya Reservoir, a tributary of the Kotmale River. It is above 3200 feet above sea level. The first part is above the road and is in the jungle hidden from view, second part is close to the road and the third part is below the road.

Stop At: Damro Labookellie Tea Centre and Tea garden, Nuwara Eliya Sri Lanka
Damro Labookellie Tea estate is one of the oldest and largest tea estates in Sri Lanka, that has produced the finest Ceylon Tea for centuries that is tasted and celebrated across the globe. Damro Labookellie Tea Estate is located in the Nuwara Eliya District with a salubrious climate and falling within the Dimbula growing region; it also could be considered as the most renowned name in Ceylon for Tea.

Stop At: Gregory Lake, Nuwara Eliya Sri Lanka
Gregory Lake is a serene environment built by Governor William Gregory between 1872 and 1877, complete with a stretch of green grass and grazing horses where countless visitors go to unwind. Here, along the lake you will see groups either enjoying a family picnic, riding horses, on a paddle boat or taking a leisurely stroll.

Stop At: Victoria Park of Nuwara Eliya, A5, Nuwara Eliya 22200 Sri Lanka
Victora park is one of the country's most attractive, and best-maintained, town parks. A stroll around its paths, past manicured lawns, is a pleasure. The park comes alive with flowers around March to May, and August and September. It’s also home to quite a number of hill-country bird species, including the Kashmir flycatcher, Indian pitta and grey tit.

Day 3: Nuwara Eliya - Ella
Stop At: Demodara Nine Arch Bridge, Gotuwala, Ella 90090 Sri Lanka
This bridge was entirely built with solid rocks, bricks and cement without using a single piece of steel and it was finally commissioned in 1921 adding one of the most fascinating moments to the history of Ceylon Government railway. The viaduct at Gotuwala is addressed in different names such as: Nine Arch Bridge”, “Nine Heart Bridge” and occasionally named as “Nine Skies Bridge” in Sinhala “Ahas named Palama” beautifully designed arches numbering nine.

Stop At: Little Adam's Peak, Passara Road, Ella 90090 Sri Lanka
The hike starts with a very slow ascent through a dirt path surrounded by tea fields and stunning views of the lush green valleys that shroud hill country. Little Adam’s Peak has a great effort to view ratio which is why tourists flock here all year round to catch glimpses of the beautiful tea country laid out below. With the numerous viewpoints spread across a few mountainous peaks, you’re sure to catch some spots scarce of locals or tourists.

Stop At: Ravana Ella Falls, Ella-Wellawaya Road, Ella 90090 Sri Lanka
This is popularly known by the name of Ravana Ella by the tourists as well as the villagers around. There is another waterfall above this falls which is not visible to the main road which is also called Ravana Falls. This is generally considered the real Ravana Falls due the close proximity of the cave which is considered a place there Sita (in Ramayana) has hidden by the Lankan King Ravana for a while.

Hiking Ella Rock is a great idea if you are up in the tea country while visiting Sri Lanka. It's an easy half day walk with a fantastic scenery.The views from Ella Rock are really fantastic.
