Itinerary

Day 1: Airport - Colombo

Stop At: Colombo Fort, Galle Buck, Colombo Sri Lanka
Meet on arrival to Bandaranayke International Airport & transfer to Colombo. Afternoon city tour of Colombo driving through the commercial area of the "Fort" so named, because both the Portuguese and Dutch had a Fort at this point. You will also enjoy a shopping tour of Colombo including a visit to a department store ODEL, which has internationally recognized designer brands of clothing at reasonable prices. (City tour is 04 hours only).

Day 2: Colombo - Kandy

Stop At: Negombo Fish Market, Negombo Sri Lanka
The Negombo Fish Market is a fresh fish market, literally, on the beach shore. The endless rows of dried fish against the Negombo sky makes a startling sight.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Kandy Lake Club - Cultural Dance Show, 7 Sangamitta Mawatha, Kandy 20000 Sri Lanka
Later proceed to Kandy, In the afternoon you will do a city tour of Kandy. Drive around the Kandy Lake built by the last Sinhala king Sri Wickrama Rajasinghe in 1798. Visit the Kandy town and bazaar, the arts & crafts centre, and a gem museum and lapidary. In the evening visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic and thereafter witness a cultural show featuring traditional Sri Lankan dancing.

Day 3: Kandy SIghtseeing

Stop At: Royal Botanical Gardens, Peradeniya Road, Peradeniya 20400 Sri Lanka
After breakfast visit the Peradeniya Botanical Gardens. This botanical garden was first built as a pleasure garden by a Sinhala king and was expanded by the British. It is 147 acres in extent and provides an amazing variety of trees, plants and flowers.

Day 4: Kandy - Nuwara Eliya

Stop At: Pedro Tea Factory, Nuwara Eliya Sri Lanka
After breakfast proceed to Nuwara Eliya. En-route visit a tea plantation and a Tea factory, where the best tea in the world is produced. You will be told all about the process of manufacturing tea. Taste a cup of pure Ceylon tea in the factory.

Day 5: Nuwara Eliya - Bentota

Pass By: Bentota Beach, Bentota 80500 Sri Lanka
After Breakfast proceed to Beach Hotel Thereafter proceed to Bentota via Kithulgala, driving along one of most scenic roads in Sri Lanka. Overnight: Hotel in Kalutara /Beruwala / Bentota or similar

Day 6: Bentota Sightseeing

Stop At: Bentota River, Bentota 80500 Sri Lanka
Day at leisure at the beach hotel on bed & breakfast basis. Just across the Bentota Bridge over the River Bentara also called River Bentota Ganga is the coastal town of Bentota. Bentota is a very pretty rural area: the greenery of the landscape is especially striking. Most of the areas are well shaded and sheltered by tall trees with the coconut palm trees dominating the landscape. The coast to the further south and onwards to the Deep South too is replete with lovely topical beaches.

Day 7: Bentota - Airport

Stop At: Colombo Airport Transfer, Colombo Sri Lanka
After breakfast proceed to the Airport in time to connect with the flight for departure.
