Full day private tour from Colombo of Fort Galle and Sri Lanka's south coast

You private guide guide will pick you up at 7 a.m from your hotel in Colombo. Begin at the Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery, Home to seven species of marine turtles and other wild sea life.
Than we will drive to the now world famous Weligama stilt fishermen. Take photos of the Weligama stilt fishermen and gaze at the fishermen hauling their catch in the middle of the clear blue water.
Moving on to the Galle fort. Explore UNESCO- Portuguese built and Dutch –fortified 16th century fort with a complex history. Learn how the city’s strategic location made it a hub for sea trade and a landing point for the island’s colonial rulers.
After a full morning and before we head to Benton Beach your guide will take you to a local restaurant to have lunch. Driving to Bentota which has one of most beautiful beaches in the south. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the beaches.
Before we will head back to Colombo we will have a peak at the Madhu River. The river shows an array of wildlife where one can observe a myriad of rare species of wild flora, birds, wild animals and even reptiles.
