Sri Lanka Historical and Heritage Tour of 7 Days with Ayurveda Treatment

Day 1: Colombo - Anuradhapura
At the Colombo Airport you will meet our Representative at the airport arrival lobby. Transfer to Anuradhapura Be at leisure in your hotel at Anuradhapura.
Day 2: Anuradhapura - Dambulla
Today we will visit Sri Lanka's biggest ancient city, Anuradhapura. Today a World Heritage site, it was the national capital for over 1300 years up to the 10th Century AD. You will visit an archeological museum, the sacred Bo tree, Brazen Place, Royal Palace, Samadhi Buddha and more. Afterwards you will do a cycling tour in Anuradhapura. Visit Mihintale and Aukana. Overnight in Dambulla.
Day 3: Dambulla
In the morning climb the citadel of Sigiriya which was built in 5th century. Sigiriya is treated as one of the most remarkable creations in the world, built by King Kashyapa (477-495 AD). Path through the gardens along Stone stairways come to the Lion Gate. Only the rock carving and the brick structure is evident today of the lion’s mouth through which millions of people have walked to admire the beauty of this magnificent citadel. Get an Ayurvedic Treatment in Habarana for 60 minutes + 20 mins Steam Bath . Afterwards proceed back to your hotel. Overnight in Dambulla.
Day 4: Dambulla
After the breakfast Visit, Dambulla Rock temple. Dambulla is a UENESCO world heritage site. There are a total of 153 Buddha statues 3 statues of Sri Lankan kings and 4 statues of god and goddess. Get any Ayurvedic Treatment in Habarana for 60 minutes + 20 mins Steam Bath. Afterwards proceed back to your hotel. Overnight in Dambulla.
Day 5: Dambulla
After breakfast do the Sigiriya Village Tour, which will take you in an Ox- Cart to a lake through a forest. Get any Ayurvedic Treatment in Habarana for 60 mins + 20 mins . Proceed to Kandy, on the way visit a spice garden to see different spices for which Sri Lanka is famous for. Clients will be able to see different spices and how some of these spices are grown and processed. Witness Cookery demonstrations as well. Overnight in Kandy.
Day 6: Kandy
Breakfast at the Hotel visit Tooth Temple, Botanical Garden. Watch evening cultural show, and overnight in Kandy.
Day 7: Kandy – Colombo
Breakfast at the Hotel. Do the Kandy City Tour - Places to visit: Kandy town and bazaar, the arts and crafts center and a gem museum and lapidary. Gem Museum / Gem Mining / Gem cutting centers. You will be driven back to Colombo airport for your onward flight with happy Sri Lankan memories.
