About this activity
Day 1: Airport to Negombo: Meet, greet & assist on arrival at Airport by our Destinations Chauffeur/Guide. Check-in to hotel & spend your first day in the country at leisure, exploring Negombo by yourself on foot. Accommodation 1 night | Meals Inc. - Dinner.
Day 2: Negombo-Polwaththa: Watch Fishermen bargaining and trading a variety of fish in Negombo. Thereafter set out to Polwaththa - Accommodation 2 nights | Meals inc: Breakfast, Lunch at a Local Restaurant, Dinner.
Day 3: Polwaththa: Spend the day exploring the surroundings of a charming village 13 acre (6 ha) estate. "Live a like a Native” and learn to cook with Manju, our local chef, and if you are feeling sporty we can arrange a volley ball match with the village team. children can collect fire wood for cooking and for a hot-water bath, swimming in the river or playing games both indoors and outdoors could be arranged by our child-friendly staff. Meals inc: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner at the Hotel.
Day 04 : Nuwara Eliya: Transfer to Nuwara Eliya by train. A Train journey to Nuwara Eliya passes through spectacular hill country past waterfalls and deep green lush plantations. Visit a Tea Factory and stroll through beautifully manicured tea fields,and head to the tea factory where the magic of converting raw leaves into the worlds best black tea happens. Accommodation 1 night | Meals inc: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Day 5:Proceed to kitulgala. Here you can engage in the ultimate adventure, experiencing white water rafting along the fast flowing Kelani River. Thereafter transfer to Colombo, engage in a city tour with shopping. Accommodation 1 Night | Meals inc. Breakfast , Lunch at local Restaurant and Dinner .

  • For extreme sports there will be a waiver that has to be signed before any rafting excursion. This is an activity for guests 10 years and older. Pregnant women, those suffering from heart ailments, epilepsy as well as those who are uncomfortable in turbulent waters aren’t advised to take part in white water rafting.
