About this activity
Starting from Cooperstown's downtown business district, this tour, aboard a 34-passenger open-air trolley, takes you up the West Side of beautiful Otsego Lake, the setting for legendary author James Fenimore Cooper's novels, where you will see The Farmers' Museum, the Fenimore Art Museum, Glimmerglass Festival, and learn about Cooperstown's 200-year history. From Hops to Baseball to Arts & Culture, Cooperstown has a story to tell. Then, the tour will circle around the lake visiting locations such as Hyde Hall, Glimmerglass State Park, and the Clark Sports Center where the Hall of Fame Induction Ceremonies are held. Don't forget about historic downtown Main Street to see the shops, and the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum before returning.
