Itinerary

Stop At: Copenhagen Central Station, Bernstorffsgade 16, Copenhagen 2004 Denmark
You will meet your viking guide inside Copenhagen Visitor Center.
While preparing for the tour, you will listen to all safety instructions and a nice introductory Viking Tale. Look over the City Hall and take a glimpse at both the modern and old buildings that surround Tivoli park, uncover some secrets (or maybe other things) and learn about the real Hans Christian Andersen.
Next, time to lace up your boots and get ready to walk. You will be stopping at almost all of the popular Copenhagen sites.
Ready, Step, Go!
You will be stopping at Christiansborg Castle and Nicolai Kunsthal museum. Walk by the Royal Theatre and get a glimpse of the building’s architectural details while getting ready for color to enter your life as you walk over to Nyhavn (The new harbour): one of the most lively areas of the city with fancy restaurants and cafés (don’t forget to take a postcard picture).
By now, you will already know how to greet people in Danish and you’ll have awesome stories to add to your weaponry.
Let’s head now to Sankt Annæ Plads, to observe the opera from across the water and continue our Vikings tale while enjoying Amalienborg palace and the Marble Church.
Time to enjoy some greenery now in The King’s Gardens beside Rosenborg Castle. By now you could start calling yourself a local and… Wait… What’s that on your face? You’re already growing a Viking beard!
You will then head to The Round Tower and learn about the story of this very unique observatory.
Time to sink the pace and enjoy the charming arches of Gammel Torv (Old Square), the “hyggelige” (cozy) streets of the Latin Quarter, and hear more anecdotes:
“Cue the mysterious background music…”
We’re talking MURDER STORIES and FIRE! Pass by Vor Frue Kirke (The Church of our Lady) and stop at Sankt Petri Kirke (Saint Peter’s Church) to hear a story about love and betrayal.
You’ll finish the tour with a gentle under the arch of the courthouse and head back to city hall, where you’ll say our goodbyes, take pictures, receive your viking gift, and get recommendations/directions from your guide.
Now you are not only a Viking but you are also a very knowledgeable Copenhagener so let’s take a proper Viking picture
