We paid a lot of money to go on this excursion ($79 per person for 6 adults and 6 kids). Right off the bat, we were taken to a fishing boat for snorkeling, which was an okay experience. The snorkeling gear wasn't clean and the boat was very small for 15 people (they had another family). After the snorkeling, we asked the driver to take us to the beach, which he claimed is 40 minutes away so we should eat first. We were taken to a shack where the only vegetarian option was Beans and Rice. We paid $150 for 10 sides of beans and rice. It was pretty obvious that a rather large cut went to the driver. The driver then claimed that the free beach was still 40 mins away and he can take us to a nearby beach for $10 per person entry. When we showed him the West End beach (which is a public beach) is 5 mins away, he grudgingly took us there and asked for $10 for chairs. At this point we were pretty flabbergasted with all this nonsense and asked him to take us back to our cruise. We paid $900+ for an experience and the driver was only interested in extracting more. Not Recommended.
