Sightseeing Tour for Guests with Limited Mobility

This tour is great for those with limited mobility who still wish to see some of the best that Roatan has to offer. We will take you to Coxen Hole harbor to see the locals going about their daily activities - Coxen Hole is the commercial district of the island. You can stop at the best arts and crafts store in Roatan "Plaza Mar" which is handicap accessible. As we drive, you can view the Stone House and the Methodist Church; the first church ever built in Roatan. Your tour guide will share the history of Roatan outside of the church building, and you will also be able to take pictures of the stained glass windows. Next, you will stop at "El Mirador" which is the highest point in Roatan. From here, you can view the beautiful coastline of the island and maybe even see a plane landing at Roatan airport. Down the road, we will visit the Rum Cake Factory and sample the best rum cakes of Roatan. From there we will drive through the hills of Roatan to the West End Village to admire the architecture of the beautiful homes. Afterward, we will stop at ½ Moon Restaurant to enjoy a drink for a purchase. When returning to the ship terminal, we will pass Monkey Hill road to see the sculpture of the monkeys.
