After a dose of culture we will take you to enjoy one of the most exclusive beaches Chankanaab Park (National Marine Park of Cozumel). Inside the park you'll find botanical gardens, the Sea Lion Show, a white-sand beach, Cozumel’s famous aquamarine water, a replica Mayan village & the opportunity to snorkel among the island's famous coral reefs, and underwater statues. Also on site, for an additional cost are the Dolphin Discovery, Zip line, and even massages. Chankanaab Park also has lockers, showers, & snack bars.

We chose this tour rather than a town tour because we wanted to combine a tour that provided the history and culture of Mexico as well as beach time that wasn't too far away from the ship. We enjoyed our tour with Carlos he was very nice! He was a wealth of information and anyone interested in finding out about Mexico's culture and history would find this tour enjoyable young children may not find it as enjoyable but certainly do-able as it's only about an hour and one-half long it is a walking tour and a cultural/history lesson. Lunch was included and it was a very good traditional Mexican meal. Transportation to Chankanaab Beach was easy and close and everyone was very friendly! We went snorkeling there and obtaining a locker and the snorkeling equipment was also easy. The taxi ride back to the dock was easy as well. Would do it again!
