Spent the day with Jerry our driver and he was very nice an accommodating. We were traveling with 4 kids and he allowed us to tailor our experience to meet our family's needs. Also we left our GoPro in the front seat and didn't realize it, and he was honest and nice enough to call us and come back around to give it back. Highly recommend this company. We saved some money because booking the excursion through the cruise ship would've cost much more and it wouldn't have been a personalized experience. We ended up just doing the chocolate tasting at KaoKao chocolate factory, he pointed out some sights along the way, stopped at a few beach sights on the East coast, and then had a lovely lunch and swimming at Playa Palancar.

Victor did a wonderful job taking us around the island. He told us what was offered and we asked about some other things and we tailored it to fit what we wanted. He was wonderful, patient and helped us enjoy the day. It was perfect!

Excellent service and information provided by Gerry. He rearranged our itinerary to suit our preferences. At the restaurant he encouraged us to review the menu to see if it meets our dietary preferences and budget.

We had a fantastic day, off our ship for the day. We had read reviews stating Leo did a fantastic job, we were very excited when Leo (our tour guide) showed up in the yellow cap, as in instructions, with no problem finding him! We had a party of 5, including one senior with us, and the day was perfectly paced. Our private tour started with sightseeing in San Miguel, Leo gave us a lot of Mayan and local history along with information about the local people, he showed us the "sights" as well as the neighborhoods. We were able to stop several times to take pictures. We then visited the San Gervasio Mayan ruins, based on Leo's recommendation we purchase a tour guide for the ruins, this was well worth the extra money. After the ruins we went to the KaoKao Chocolate factory, to learn how chocolate is made along with tasting. We then decided to skip the Tequila Museum and headed to the beach. We had a fantastic lunch at a outside restaurant on the beach, with some time to enjoy the beach. Leo was very knowledgeable and really made our day perfect, he knew we would be running over our 5 hours a bit, and was not concerned. He dropped us off across the street from the pier so we could end our day with some shopping. We really enjoyed our day on Cozumel, and we would totally recommend Tours Plaza and Leo to any one !

Our guide was amazing. He had the pre planned stuff ready for us to do or offered to change it up if we had something else in mind. He offered great suggestions and was very accommodating.

We had a great time with Gerry on our tour! I highly recommend this tour versus the larger group tours offered off the cruise ships!
