This tour is fantastic. But it might not have happened. We were not picked up the morning of our tour. Thanks to the front desk clerk at our hotel we did get picked up, but missed the train! It was actually Serra Verde Express' fault, they had the booking but didn't process it. Maybe Viator could call them the day prior to the trip to check that they have the bookings. we ended up doing the tour in reverse and were able to see everything and do all of the activities. Our tour guide Diego Parana was excellent! I would recommend this tour, but be on the phone if the van doesn't come to pick you up!
