Day 1: Cusco - Wiñay Wayna - Machu Picchu

Your adventure starts early in the morning as we head off the city of Cusco to get on your

2 day Machu Picchu trek. At the train station, we will get prepared and as soon as we leave the train station, the open landscape, mountains and scenery will captivate you during your train journey that last few hours. Once we have finished our first route of our train ride, the start of the Inca Trail will began for us. After walking for around 4 hours, we would reach an impressive Inca site called 'Forever Young'. This Inca site is know in native Quechua language as a 'Wiñay Wayna' at 2,680m / 8,792 ft above the sea level, and it is considered one of the most beautiful Inca sites claimed by foreign travellers.

Our Machu Picchu trek, will also allow us to get to 'Inti Punku' or 'Sun gate' at 2,730m / 8,792ft. From this fantastic location, you will get a panoramic glance of Machu Picchu at 2.400m or 7,873 ft and head towards this amazing ancient city. Before visiting Machu Picchu, our first stop will be in Aguas Calientes town next to the legendary Inca royal city. At this town we will have some dinner, rest well so we can leave again at very early morning to the claimed ancient site by Unesco as a World Heritage Site. There will no much too wait to get done our 2 day Machu Picchu trek.

Day 2: Machu Picchu Tour – Return train to Cusco

You already saw Machu Picchu somewhere at home, a picture, magazine, film, but never imagine to be this close. It’s a special moment for you, and for sure this moment in time will become an unique experience for everyone. Because your travel experience is leading to choose us, we will take care of you once you get to this ancient city. At your arrival to Machu Picchu we will showing you the most important aspects of this site and during your whole 2 day machu picchu trek with us.

Once you get to Machu Picchu, you will enjoy a superb 2-hour

guided walking tour and after explore the site on your own. If you feel like it, you can also climb

Huayna Picchu. It takes about 45 minutes to reach the top. After exploring the site, you will meet your guide in Aguas Calientes (it can be reached by bus or on foot) for lunch and take the train to the magnificent Ollantaytambo village and from there we will return by bus to Cusco, city.
