Stop At: Complejo Arqueologico Chinchero, Chinchero Peru

We will visit chinchero, located 30km from Cusco, famous for its archaeological center and recognized worldwide for its textiles. We will visit a cultural center whose mission is to help the survival of textile traditions and provide support to the families of the communities participating in the project. This recently inaugurated cultural center is strategically located on top of a mountain, from where we will appreciate the landscape, the archaeological center and a part of the original Inca trail that crosses this place. It will be an unforgettable experience where we will appreciate the native camelids of Peru, a demonstration of textile art in its most natural expression and diverse Andean ancestral customs that remain alive until today.

Then visit moray, a formidable Inca archaeological complex, formed by circular terraces that overlap and make up a large laboratory of agricultural experimentation that reproduces the climatic conditions of different ecological zones of the empire

Stop At: Salinas de Maras, Carreta a Maras Urubamba, Maras 00051 Peru

Finally we will make a brief visit to the town of maras to continue then to the famous salt mines, composed of more than 3000 pools, which are crossed by a stream of salt water that nourishes them and the action of intense sun sprout salt crystals thick that are subsequently harvested. In this place we will know the process of production and extraction of the pink salt of maras, known for its medicinal properties.
