First, this is not Hop-On Hop-off tour like in US. The bus only stops twice out side of Cusco. Hotel pickup does not mean the company pick you up at the hotel by the car. One guide take you to the bus station by walk and it took more than 30 minutes from my hotel. (I stayed Lamada in downtown) On the way to bus station I found out that my same tour ticket is sold less than 10 dollar in the square, which means I paid more than double the ticket price. Bus driver drives real rough and hard to understand the guider's speaking of English because of his bad pronunciation. If you want this trip, you had better buy the ticket at the square directly. The price is cheap and save you lots of time.

We booked the Machu Picchu Latin America group tour for this activity. Overall, it was okay but, to me, we only toured on one side of Cusco. Pick up from the hotel was late. Could've have included a few other significant places around Cusco.
