Glamping in Misminay community

Be free to arrive any time after 12pm of the check inn day, your host will be waiting for you at their house and will show you your glamping tent and facilities of their place. We can organize transfer from Cuzco or Sacred Valley if you need it. 

After setting up at your Glamping tent and drinking a Coca tea to warm up, you have the evening to chose doing any extra cultural activity, like natural dye of yarn, agricultural sessions, mud brick building, Andean ceremony, stars gazing, Quechua theater, cooking clases and others. If you are more into adventure there are some paths that you can check on Wikilock to explore by your self like the easy path to the Moray view point (highly recommended) from were you can walk down to this incredible archaeological site. Feel free to explore, walk around and discover the way of living of this traditional town, knowing that a cozy Glamping tent will be waiting for you just in town, no need to take a car transfer to your sleeping place, here you will experience nature form a point of view of the traditional Andean people. 

Ones it gets dark chose to contemplate the sunset from your tent or go to the living room to read a book, play a game or talk to your hosts who will be preparing dinner for the night. (Tell us if you have any dietary restrictions). At 7pm dinner will be ready, a traditional food with organic supplies harvested by the community and neighbors. Consist in a warm soup with seasonal vegetables and main dish it´s either Quinoa with salad and a meat portion, or rice with trout and fried potatoes.

If in the mood, the campfire can be turned on, share story's or songs with your hosts under the stars. When going to sleep a Glamping tent with electric heater, carpets, electricity and real mattress with a warm duvet will secure you a camping night at the Andes highlands like no other. 

Sunrise here is really impressive, (around 6:30am) your tent is facing east, to the snow peaks with a deep valley in between, some times a "bed" of clouds is under the horizon and the feeling is surreal, check the pictures and you wont want to miss the opportunity of contemplating such a beautiful gift of nature. 

At 8am breakfast will be served, a mix of continental breackfast with traditional add ons. (You can also ask for a traditional breakfast that it´s basically a soup, potatoes and special infusions. 

You still have few hours before check out, it´s possible to do a cultural activity at this time or go for a further hike, even possible to connect Moray Inca ruins and the Maras Salt flats, two of the most exotic places to visit in Cusco.
