Inca Amazon to Machu Picchu 4D - 3N

Itinerary

Day 1: CUSCO-OLLANTAYTAMBO – ABRA MALAGA-COMUNIDAD DE PANTICALLE-ORQUIDEAS-HUYRO

Pass By: Sacred Valley of the Incas, 0051 Peru
After a comforting breakfast (6:30 am) our mobility will pick us up to take us on the route Cusco - Abra Málaga. In the tour we will have a breakfast and then continue for 2 hrs. Approx. and arrive NEVADO LA VERONICA at its highest point that is more than 4330 meters above sea level, to start the hike through a Capacñan (Inca trail) Where we will descend, on the hike we will appreciate small polylepis forests in the watershed births, we are lucky we can spot the bird ROYAL CICLODES endemic bird. The route is very rugged and long takes between 03 to 04 hrs. on a walk, we arrive at the community of PANTICALLE that is located in an enclave at the foot of the snow-capped la Verónica located between 3881 meters above sea level

After passing through the community of PANTICALLE we will continue our journey to reach the community of YANAMANYI, a small community where we will enjoy a delicious lunch and a short break. We will go to the main road where our mobility awaits us, along the route appreciating the change of fauna and flora arriving at the town of ALFAMAYO we will visit an ORQUIDERY of the association of theaters to 5 minutes of the town of Alfamayo, has approximately 80 varieties of orchids, among them we have the SOBRALIA DICHOTOMA, MAXILIARIA ETC. species among others of this valley.

Then we will go to the town of Huyro 1800 meters above sea level, where there is a Lodge in the middle of nature with stunning views of the forests called COCHAPATA LODGE, ideal place for dinner and overnight;

Day 2: COCHAPATA LODGE –CATARATA DEL OSO-CAPAQÑAN EL TRIUMFOPROCESO DEL TE, CAFÉ, CHOCOLATE Y QUEBRADA DE TUNKIMAYO

Pass By: Cochapata lodge, Huayopata District 08701, Peru
CATARATA DEL OSO which is located in the sector of Sicre about 10 minutes by car and a walk of 45 minutes where we will appreciate the waterfall with a waterfall of about 80 mt, we will appreciate a natural forest, with medicinal plants, mosses and many birds .

QUEBRADA DE TUNKIMAYO After visiting the waterfall we will visit the TUNKIMAYO gulch, ideal to appreciate the gallito de las rocas (rupicola peruvina) 20 minutes from the town of Huyro crossing the Lucumayo river by the Iyape bridge, the visit will be by an average of 20 to 30 minutes

HARVEST OF COFFEE AND COCOA we will visit different plots to experiment and participate in the elaboration of coffee and cocoa in its variety the chuncho, through the experiential tourism and the agrotourism, the visits will be of 01 hour.

ELABORACION DEL TEA We will visit a factory dedicated to the elaboration of organic tea, an activity of many years ago where the population was dedicated to this work for the sustenance of their families, we will also taste a delicious organic black tea.

PREHISPANIC WAY TRIUMPH This activity is very important to know a capacan (path used by the Incas) in the middle of vegetation, covered by forests of the area, the road is 05 minutes by car from the town of Huyro to reach the Sicre sector, continuing through a truck path access until reaching the pre-Hispanic road which is in perfect condition which crosses plots of coffee plantations with an approximate distance of 50 minutes.

After performing these activities and enjoying these wonders we will go COCHAPATA LODGE for a delicious dinner and overnight to continue early TRAVEL TIME: all day

Day 3: INKA CARCEL- MACHUPICCHU

Pass By: The Inca Trail, Cusco 08000, Peru
After a comforting breakfast (05:30 am) at the lodge facilities, we will take our mobility (06:30 am) to transfer us to Qoripujio about 1 hour. To start our hike through an Inka trail known as Ccapacñan, which will take us to the archaeological site of Inka Cárcel, (2 hrs and 30 ms approx.) On the way you can see different orchids, birds, natural forests that abound in this area, then we will begin the descent, until we reach the town of Puma Chaca where the picnic will be served (12:00 pm), we will continue our walk to the banks of the Urubamba river to cross the river by means of a Oroya ( Tyrolean) to reach the thermal baths of Cocalmayo and enjoy the thermal medicinal waters in the middle of nature, then we will leave in our mobility to move to the Hydroelectric station to take the train to Aguas Calientes 16:30 hrs. The train leaves, a short trip of 30 minutes to then stay and have dinner

Day 4: MACHUPICCHU-CUSCO

Early we will have breakfast (07:00 am) in the Hotel facilities to then board the bus that will take us to the World wonder that is Machu Picchu, we will return to Aguas Calientes to board the train that will take us to the town of Ollantaytambo continuing our mobility Return to the city Cusco and drive them to your lodging. End of our services.
