Inca Trail Tour 1 Day: Cusco - Km 104 - Machu Picchu - Cusco.

To begin this wonderful 1-day adventure. Our staff will stop by your hotel at 3:40 hours to take you by bus to the Ollantaytambo train station. From where you will travel by train for an hour and 15 minutes to Km 104 of the railway. Pass the control point accompanied by your tour guide, and before starting the hike your tour guide will talk about the Inca Trail.

When you start the hike, in a couple of minutes you will explore the archeological site of Chachabamba; then continue the trek for 3 hours to the archaeological site of Wiñaywayna, where you will also have enough time to photograph and have lunch.

After the short break, continue your adventure enjoying the richness of biodiversity to the highest point of the trek, sun gate (2,720 meters / 8,922 feet) from where you will have beautiful panoramic views of the Inca city of Machu Picchu and Huayna Picchu.

Approximately from 2 to 5 in the afternoon, accompanied by your expert tour guide, you will visit the Inca city of Machu Picchu. After the tour, take the bus to Aguas Calientes town and enjoy a delicious dinner which is included in the package.

At night, board your train back to Ollantaytambo leaving at 8:50 p.m. At your arrival at the Ollantaytambo station, your private mobility and our staff will be waiting for you to escort you to the hotel in the city of Cusco.
