Itinerary

Day 1: Cusco - Aguas Calientes

Stop At: Hot Springs (Aguas Calientes), Signposted from main square, Aguas Calientes, Machu Picchu Peru
We will pick up from your hotel in Cusco, then we will take the bus to Ollantaytambo train station (1:45~ ). From there, we will take the tourist train to Aguas Calientes which is about 1 hour and 30 mins trip. Our staff will be waiting for you at Aguas Calientes train station and then will head to the hotel.

After your arrival, the tour guide will meet you to discuss the logistics for the next day in Machupicchu and you will be confident what to do and bring. In your free time, you can go to the hot spring in Aguas Calientes, which is like 25 mins walking distance and the entrance is by your own (Average $5.00~ and is optional) or you can just walk around the village.

Day 2: Machupicchu- Cusco

Stop At: Machu Picchu, 08680, Peru
After breakfast, we will pick you up early from your hotel. You will board a bus to go up to Machupicchu and then immediately begin a complete guided tour of the Inca citadel that will take approximately two hours. You will then have free time to walk around, climb the Huaynapicchu Mountain. During your free time, you can experience the spectacular views of Machupicchu, the valleys and the mountains that surround it or visit the Temple of the Moon and the fabulous Inca Bridge. We will then head over to have a nice lunch at the Sanctuary Lodge Hotel. In the afternoon, we will meet in the town of Aguas Calientes where, if you like, you can visit and relax in the thermal baths. From here we take the train back to the city of Cusco, where we will arrive after nightfall and accommodations in your hotel.
