About this activity

A Machu Picchu representative will welcome you once you arrive at Aguas Calientes train station and then direct you to the bus station to take a 25-minute bus ride (ticket not included) to the world renowned Inca ruins of Machu Picchu.

Once at the entrance of Machu Picchu, a professional expert guide will introduce you to the tour. This will be accompanied by a detailed history of Machu Picchu focusing on major historic sites such as the Sun Temple, the Sun Stone, and Room of the Three Windows. You will have once-in-a-lifetime photo opportunities to capture yourself in one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.

After this private tour, you are free to stay longer at Machu Picchu although it closes at 5:00pm, or take the bus back to Aguas Calientes (not included) to have free time to enjoy the natural hot springs of Aguas Calientes known for its healing powers.
