Sacred Valley full Day Tour - all inclusive

CUSCO - AWANACANCHA - PISAC - URUBAMBA - OLLANTAYTAMBO - CHINCHERO - CUSCO

You will be picked up from your hotel lobby at 8:00a.m and drive along the mountains from Cusco to the Sacred Valley. On the way, we will stop at Awanacancha where you will be able to see llamas, alpacas, vicuñas, and guanacos. Its then another 20 minutes ride to a Lookout Point to the Sacred Valley and have an idea how great was the Inca Empire. The Sacred Valley was one of the most important agricultural areas in Cusco region back in the Inca time. You will see the huge farming lands, and the Urubamba river that runs along the last mountains of the Andes.

Later, we will continue until Pisac archeological site, an ancient Inca settlement that they built impressive agricultural terraces, tombs, and houses on an impossible mountain ridge. After exploring, we will drive to Pisac town where we have the handicraft market, very famous because of the local artisans they produce they own products and sell it directly to the tourist. It’s then another 1 hour until Urubamba where we will have lunch at a local Andean restaurant.

After enjoying a delicious lunch we will drive to Ollantaytambo, considered the “Last living Inca City”. Upon arriving we will explore the original Inca street streets where people currently are still using, visit the houses and see their way of life and how is possible to use still such an ancient constructions.

After exploring everything in Ollantaytambo we will drive toward Chinchero called The Land of the Rainbow, visit the Incan terraces and the colonial church to later go back to Cusco arriving approximately at 5:00pm
