SACRED VALLEY & MACHU PICCHU BY PANORAMIC TRAIN 2 DAYS, 1 NIGHT

DAY 1: SACRED VALLEY

This day we will visit the "Sacred Valley of the Incas" The tour starts at 08:00 AM in the morning, we will drive from Cusco to Pisac wher we’ll visit the famous market of crafts as well as the archaeological site of Pisac with picturesque terraces on the mountains, after that we head to Urubamba where we can enjoy a buffet lunch with a variety of typical Peruvian dishes.

Then we’ll visit the fortress of Ollantaytambo, it was a Tambo or accommodation in the Incas time. It was named in honor of the Chief Ollanta, famous for his affair with an Inca princess, daughter of Pachacutec Inca. Ollantaytambo is the only city of the Incas in Peru which is still inhabited.

Finally we will go to Ollantaytambo train station, where we will take the train at 15:37 hrs, we need to be 30 minutes in advance according to the requirements. You are goint to do a trip of 1 hours and 40 minutso by train to Aguas Calientes or Machu Picchu town.

Once you arreive to Aguas Calientes, ours staff will be waiting for you to take you to the hotel.

Free afternoon to visit the hot springs.

DAY 02: MACHUPICCHU TOUR AND RETURN TO CUSCO

This day at 06:00 am the tour guide will take you to the bus station, to take the bus towards to Machu Picchu. we will make a 30 minute journey by car to reach the entrance Machu Picchu, Then we have the guidance in Machu Picchu, approximately 2 an half hours tour, visiting the most important places with our guide, places like the Inti Watana, the Temple of the Condor, the main square, the sacred rock and others, the tour guide also will take you to the special point to get the panoramic photos of Machu Picchu

At an appropriate time we descend from Machu Picchu to Aguas Calientes.

In the afternoon you’ll board the train back to Ollantaytambo, where our staff is waiting to take you to the city of Cusco.
